massageChinese massage or Tui Na is based on the meridian and acupuncture point system theory. The practioner uses a range of techniques; rolling, rubbing, pressing or patting with fingers, elbow and palms to strengthen energy and unblock stagnation. This unique technique is not only useful for treating muscular problems, it can also be helpful for those with internal conditions where massage may be used on the indigestion, stomach and large intestine points. Tui Na is equivalent to acupuncture treatment, but without any pain.
